Our younger daughter had bought her dad (and me) for his birthday, tickets to see Tim Vine at the Fringe. Today was the day, so off we go to Edinburgh. What beautiful weather over there, in fact I was getting a bit too hot waiting in the queue to go in. We went up to Glasgow on the bus where it was raining when we arrived, then along to the train station to catch a train to Edinburgh.
Of course I took my GPS as we had looked out a couple of caches to seek out. We found the venue where the show was to be held, then off we go to find the caches, Boy was Edinburgh busy! But the weather was perfect.
Then it was time to go in to see the man himself, Such good clean fun, we sat on the front row, and got to speak to him as he went along the row asking us "what do you do?" A great show. So so funny, no swearing, no dirty jokes, just clean fun, puns all through the show.
This was our first time To the Fringe, we saw Eddy Izzard running to the loo so his show must have been about to start lol? Then the train back into Glasgow and the bus to Ayr where we went to an Italian restaurant for dinner before coming home.
