The traffic cone is ALWAYS on this statue at the Gallery Of Modern Art in Glasgow.
I took this photograph this afternoon when we were up for a quick trip. Hubby walked away as he said he had his street cred (!) to think about lol ....................................... I think it's because he works in Glasgow.
